I started Sightline in 2012 after watching too many homeowners in Miami-Dade get a verbal “ballpark” that somehow doubled once the crew was halfway through the job. Haven Clause 1 exists because of that - the measurement and the quote are the same document, and you keep the original. I still review every measured survey before it becomes a written price, and I still walk jobs when the opening is irregular or the product is custom. My specialty is geometric and architectural windows, the kind where the sightline has to clear a staircase landing or frame a specific view of the Doral skyline. Off hours, I coach a U-12 soccer team that loses with enthusiasm.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with us since 2017, which in this trade means he’s seen what a poorly flashed impact window does after three Doral wet seasons. He’s certified in PGT and CGI impact installation, and he’s the one we send when the job involves structural modification or a header that needs re-engineering. Andre’s job is to measure twice, cut once, and ask the question before the silicone is out of the tube. He’s already developed an eye for level - Elena tested him with a deliberately shimmed mockup and he caught it in under ten seconds. He lives in Westchester and is rebuilding a 1987 Honda Civic in his spare time, which he describes as “a lesson in patience and rust conversion.”
